We offer training packages for organisations in the development of stress and performance management strategies.

These workshops are designed for 10 to 15 participants. Topics include, work place performance, work life balance and the maintenance of positive mental health within the organisational setting. We address issues relating to pressure in the workplace, and develop a range of health promoting strategies that enable employees to gain greater control and focus in their everyday lives, leading to improved performance. We also develop return to work and relapse prevention programmes following periods of employee illness.

Additionally we work with the recruitment process by assessing aspects of personality that relate to ability and job performance through the use of reliable and scientifically tested psychometric tools.
