Psychological and Clinical Services provide expert witness reports for courts and insurance companies. Assessments are carried out using evidence-based, reliable psychological measures.
Our psychological assessments utilise a range of assessment tools and include the following:

- Cognitive Ability
- Personality Testing
- Psychological/mental health
- Family care proceedings
- Fitness to plead
- Forensic testing
Members of the public who are interested in instructing us should discuss this with their solicitors who will then make an appropriate referral.
On receipt of all the necessary documentation we will offer a quotation and on agreement we will proceed with the report.
Once we have received instructions and confirmation to proceed with the report completion time is approximately 8-12 weeks. If there is considerable urgency please discuss this with us so that we can negotiate an earlier time frame.
The instructing solicitor is responsible for payment according to our terms and conditions. The full fee is due regardless of outcome of case.
